In a recent appearance on Fox News' Fox and Friends, House Majority Leader Steve Scalise (R-La.) criticized President Biden for allegedly withholding weapons delivery to Israel. Scalise accused the President of succumbing to the antisemitic wing of his party and failing to stand up against Hamas.

Scalise also shared his personal health update during the interview, expressing gratitude for being in remission from cancer. "God's been great. Like I [am] in remission now from cancer, got all my treatments finished. Feeling great. So a lot of prayers have been answered. Thank you, thank everybody for the prayers," he said.

The House Majority Leader continued by voicing his concern over President Biden's stance towards Israel. He stated, “I want to reverse [Biden's action] and ultimately deliver those weapons to Israel, as you pointed out, that they paid for over a year ago." He further accused Biden of catering to an "anti-American pro-Hamas wing" of his party.

He went on to express his disapproval of actions on college campuses such as taking down the American flag and defacing George Washington’s statue. He linked these actions with Biden's alleged decision to withhold support from Israel.

Scalise added that both Republicans and Democrats support Israel and oppose Biden's supposed move away from it. He also mentioned plans for action on the House floor against this perceived policy shift.

Scalise then criticized Biden for not standing up against Hamas, a terrorist organization backed by Iran which he claimed has invaded Israel and is holding over 130 hostages including American citizens.

In conclusion, Scalise accused Biden of turning away from Israel while catering to a far-left element within the Democratic party that he described as pro-Hamas. He also blamed the administration for sanctioning antisemitism on college campuses by not addressing it adequately.
