House Majority Leader Steve Scalise (R-La.) recently spoke with Fox Business Network’s Mornings with Maria Bartiromo, addressing various issues including President Biden's actions, antisemitism on college campuses, and the TikTok divestiture bill being signed into law.

Scalise expressed his concerns about the political weaponization of the judicial system, stating, "It's [Joe Biden] going after his political opponents using every lever of the justice system he can." He emphasized the dangers of such actions, comparing them to tactics used in banana republics.

Regarding antisemitism on college campuses, Scalise commended Speaker Johnson for bringing attention to the issue, criticizing the lack of protection for Jewish students and the growing acceptance of antisemitism, particularly on the far socialist left.

On the topic of American data being at risk due to the CCP's control of TikTok, Scalise highlighted the importance of the TikTok divestiture bill, emphasizing the need to protect the data of millions of Americans. He stated, "All we're doing is saying that they would have to divest and sell to an American company so that no longer would the Chinese Communist Party have access to your data."

Scalise also criticized President Biden's active account on TikTok, calling it a display of duplicity. He commented on the lack of leadership at the top, attributing various issues in the country to this deficiency.

Scalise concluded by mentioning the upcoming November 5th elections, suggesting that voters will have a significant impact on the future direction of the country.
