On Tuesday, March 4, former Mandeville High School standout Rex Henderson’s current college team, the UTRGV Vaqueros, won 9-5 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Houston Cougars.

The game took place at Schroeder Park. This was their first matchup against the Cougars this season.

The Vaqueros’ next game is scheduled for Friday, March 7 at 6:30 p.m. at Maestri Field at Privateer Park against New Orleans Privateers.
