Of the 8,103 people living in Eden Isle in 2020, 53 percent (4,297) were women and 47 percent (3,806) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the North Shore Louisiana News.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by 386. In the 65 and over age range, there were 947 females and 1,071 males.
