On Tuesday, March 11, former Mandeville High School standout Rex Henderson’s current college team, the UTRGV Vaqueros, lost 3-1 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Southern Miss Golden Eagles.

The game took place at Pete Taylor Park. This was their first matchup against the Golden Eagles this season.

The Vaqueros’ next game is scheduled for Friday, March 14 at 6:30 p.m. at UTRGV Baseball Stadium against Nicholls State Colonels.
