On Tuesday, April 1, former Mandeville High School standouts Gabe Stockton and Will Tamplain’s current college team, the Delta State Statesmen, won 7-3 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Henderson State Reddies.
The game took place at Clyde Berry Field. This was their first matchup against the Reddies this season.
The Statesmen’s next game is scheduled for Friday, April 4 at 5 p.m. at Kermit A. Johnson Field at Bob Riesener Stadium against Montevallo Falcons.
