On Saturday, March 1, former Mandeville High School standouts Gabe Stockton and Will Tamplain’s current college team, the Delta State Statesmen, lost 6-2 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the West Florida Argonauts.

The game took place at Jim Spooner Field. This was their third matchup against the Argonauts this season.

The Statesmen’s next game is scheduled for Friday, March 7 at 2 p.m. at Nadicksbernd Field against Christian Brothers Buccaneers.
