On Tuesday, April 8, former Fontainebleau High School standout Steven Spalitta’s current college team, the Mississippi State Bulldogs, won 8-3 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the UAB Blazers.

The game took place at Jerry D. Young Memorial Field. This was their first matchup against the Blazers this season.

The Bulldogs’ next game is scheduled for Friday, April 11 at 6 p.m. at Sewell-Thomas Stadium against Alabama Crimson Tide.
