On Friday, Feb. 28, former Fontainebleau High School standout Steven Spalitta’s current college team, the Mississippi State Bulldogs, won 14-3 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Rice Owls.

The game took place at Daikin Park. This was their first matchup against the Owls this season.

The Bulldogs’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 1 at 3:35 p.m. at Daikin Park against Arizona Wildcats.
