On Sunday, March 9, former Lakeshore High School standout Chris Olivier’s current college team, the Lamar Cardinals, won 3-2 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Stephen F. Austin Lumberjacks.

The game took place at Vincent-Beck Stadium. This was their third matchup against the Lumberjacks this season.

The Cardinals’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, March 11 at 6 p.m. at Vincent-Beck Stadium against New Mexico State Aggies.
